The EEco Pet Story

EEco Pet Corporation is a pioneer in paw drying/cleaning and dog hygiene technologies using all natural materials. The Founder, Terry Lingmann, is a dog lover, entrepreneur and inventor, with a love for the great outdoors and this beautiful earth we live on. Terry identified the fundamental need of families with dogs, to have something that could help clean paws when they came into the house wet and dirty. Something that was less hassle than wiping off each paw, each time the dog came into the house. He quickly realized that existing mats used for people feet did not really absorb water and were woefully inadequate to do the job. And further, there were few, if any, mats available (of any material), that were truly absorbent. With his engineering background, Terry went to work and developed a mat that was not only highly absorbent, but was also 100% biodegradable. So, after considerable materials research, product development, testing and patent filing, the Mugoh Mat was born! Note: The name "Mugoh" comes from the word mugo, or mugho pine (Pinus mugo mughus), a native of the beautiful Oregon coast. P.S.
